1:5 Stock Split: Sumeet Industries Limited, a leading Indian textile manufacturer, has announced the record date for its upcoming stock split. The company’s Board of Directors has fixed Friday, October 3, 2025, as the record date for the proposed 1:5 stock split of its equity shares.

Under the terms of the split, each existing equity share with a face value of Rs 10 will be subdivided into five equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each. According to the 1:5 ratio of stock split, If someone holds 100 shares of the company, after the split, the total number of shares will become 500. The total value of investment will be the same as it proportionally adjusted with per share price.
