According to film critic Taran Adarsh, the film is a feel-good entertainer that works for the most part… great chemistry and excellent music are its strongest assets. “Contrary to speculation, #ParamSundari doesn’t borrow from #2States, #ChennaiExpress, or #RRKPK… It charts its own course with a distinct flavour… Director #TusharJalota handles romance + drama with maturity, though the post-interval portions could’ve been sharper,” he added.
In one word, Adarsh called the film a “DELIGHTFUL” and gave it a three-and-a-half-star rating. He added that Sidharth Malhotra has left a strong impression, while Janhvi Kapoor has given the best performance of her career.
