Om Freight Forwarders IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Om Freight Forwarders Ltd entered its final day of public bidding today, October 3, with the issue subscribed over 3 times the equity on offer. Earlier, the IPO had received strong investor demand with the issue fully booked on the first day of bidding.
Overall, the issue received 3.87Â times the subscription, as per provisional exchange data. Investors bid for 3.06Â crore shares against the total 79.16 lakh shares on offer. The company aims to raise Rs 122.31 crore from the public offering.

The overall subscription includes bids from Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) who subscribed 3.97, 7.39Â and 2.75Â times, respectively, against their alloted portions.

Specifically, QIBs have bid for 53.26 lakh shares against the 13.41 lakh reserved shares. NIIs have bid for 1.30 crore shares against the 17.64 lakh allotted shares, and RIIs have bid for 1.19Â crore shares against the 43.60 lakh portion.
