Veralto: An eWyse Case Study
eWyse stood out for several reasons. Their proposal demonstrated a deep understanding of instructional design, scalability, and technical execution. Their ability to tailor content using storytelling, analogies, and a tone that matched our internal voice (informative and engaging) was a major differentiator. Their flexibility in adapting to our evolving needs, such as extending course durations and adjusting interactivity levels, gave us confidence that they could be a long-term partner. We were highly satisfied with the solution. The eLearning modules are now a cornerstone of our onboarding and capability-building efforts.

Veralto brings together a portfolio of 14 companies leading in essential technology solutions. The company launched in October 2023 and counts more than 17,000 associates worldwide. The area of their work is divided between Water Quality companies and Product Quality and Innovation companies. The former support customers in managing and protecting water resources globally. Product Quality and Innovation companies enable traceability and authentication to help safeguard food, medicine, and essential goods across the supply chain.
With a bold vision for creating enduring positive impact for the world, Veralto, a $5 billion global giant, is founded on a clear purpose: safeguarding the World’s Most Vital Resources™. This purpose, together with the company’s core values, fuels a culture of continuous improvement that is evident in everything Veralto does.
From our very first needs-analysis conversation, it was immediately apparent that Veralto’s unique culture simply needed to be woven into every course. Reflecting their work environment wasn’t just a preference—it was essential.
Some technical topics made this more challenging, but we met that challenge by embedding relatable backstories. This approach allowed us to ground complex content in relevant work contexts, ensuring that each course authentically mirrored Veralto’s positive, inclusive culture of continuous improvement.

Responsible water management, caring for vital water resources, and ensuring the quality of food and medicine are noble and impactful pursuits. Many lives depend on them, and with climate change bringing ever more serious consequences, the environment itself depends on their success. Innovation and excellence in these fields rely on the expertise of each individual. To empower those efforts and multiply their impact, a strong operational structure is essential. Being part of a larger whole demands operational excellence.
At Veralto, global reach sets its own unique challenges. With 14 operating companies and more than 300 locations worldwide, achieving consistently high-quality training for every team member—no matter where they are—was no small feat.
Why was this important? Because Veralto recognizes that people are fundamental to its success. With nearly 17,000 associates spanning over 60 countries, Veralto intentionally cultivates a culture of trust, support, authenticity, and empowerment. Every associate is encouraged to bring unique perspectives and their best self to work.
Their need was clear: a partner who could help them transform their foundational learning into engaging, accessible, and multilingual eLearning modules, all while adapting to evolving content and meeting tight timelines. The requirement to localize courses into five languages further raised the stakes. Veralto was on a quest to find a reliable and flexible partner.
What eWyse brought wasn’t merely checked boxes. It was eWyse’s personalized approach and a seamless fit with Veralto’s culture that brought the two companies together in this endeavor.
At eWyse, we’ve embraced a blend of linear waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies. This hybrid approach allows us to adapt seamlessly to each client’s unique needs and internal dynamics. Besides upgrading and developing courses, a clear and structured project path needed to be set, especially when you add in the mix the requirement to localize courses. We believe that a personalized approach, as well as the openness to communicate timelines, costs, bottlenecks, and solutions clearly, is highly valued in today’s eLearning landscape. This proved true with Veralto, forming a solid foundation for an invaluable partnership in business.
– Ivana Palaić, Project Manager at eWyse
Once the partnership between Veralto and eWyse was forged, the teams went through a series of needs analyses to determine the best approach for each topic. The main goal was to revamp some existing trainings and blend them into the newly created concept.
From the outset, our collaboration with eWyse was marked by clarity, responsiveness, and creativity. During the initial needs analysis, the eWyse team asked the right questions and quickly grasped the nuances of our content and culture.
– Nadia Ali, VESO Manager at Veralto
On one side, the Veralto team ensured SMEs around the world were available, steady, and aligned with the agreed timeline. On the other hand, eWyse ensured the translation and voiceover recording process went smoothly, managing several feedback rounds for each of the development stages. This helped ensure that any mistakes are caught early on, minimizing timeline delays and budget breakthroughs.
The trainings needed to ensure that each team member not only received practical training but also felt included and valued; a requirement that perfectly aligns with Veralto’s culture of inclusivity. This goal was achieved through several key layers.
The first layer of custom course development that ensured inclusion is the language. All courses were worded in line with Veralto’s branding, and the vocabulary was carefully selected to achieve the informative and playful tone. This was extended to the second, visual layer, where the design and UX elements were carefully selected to provide learners with a unique Veralto feel, while still ensuring that those same design elements serve the purpose of good use, rather than being purely decorational.
When crafting the visual language of the eLearning courses, we paid close attention to creating consistent elements that unify the entire program. At the same time, each course needed to flexibly adapt to its specific topic. Not only that, it had to be appropriate for diverse cultures, as we were aware of upcoming localizations. Given the highly specialized nature of the operational knowledge involved, we’re happy that this balance was achieved—delivering a cohesive yet tailored learning experience that resonates with each subject matter.
– Karmela Peček, Senior Instructional Designer at eWyse
The third layer of inclusivity is translating all course materials to five additional languages. Making training materials accessible in several languages ensures that more employees are able to develop their knowledge and skill base more effectively. Through this initiative, Veralto clearly shows how deeply they value their associates, knowing that people are the key to company success.
To accommodate the company’s global needs, the established curriculum was translated to five additional languages. This undertaking involved extensive linguistic preparation and team management on both sides.
Veralto’s dedication to translation and localization is something that we as an eLearning provider truly value. Why? Because it perfectly captures the essence of eLearning: making learning accessible. Although we’re witnessing an abundance of learning materials in English on a daily basis (in life in general), that alone doesn’t guarantee accessibility. Learning in our native language makes understanding feel natural and immediate. Witnessing each course take on a new, global identity was almost as exciting for us as creating the content itself!
– Tea Govedić, Learning Architect at eWyse
The result of the collaboration between Veralto and eWyse counts 54 courses in six different languages in the time span of one year. The teams were successful in creating eLearning that aligns with Veralto’s culture, brand, and business goals.
As our client reports, thanks to this collaboration, their company now has:
- A scalable, multilingual eLearning suite.
- A consistent learning experience that reflects Veralto’s tone, values, and principles.
- A partner who understands their business and can flex with their needs.
- A significantly enhanced ability to onboard, train, and empower associates across regions.
- Freed up internal resources to focus on strategic initiatives.
I’d also highlight the human side of this partnership. Whether it was navigating conference season, juggling multiple SOWs, or planning future webinars, the eWyse team were always understanding, collaborative, and solution-oriented. This kind of partnership is rare and deeply appreciated.
