Atlanta Electricals IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Atlanta Electricals Ltd concluded the second day of bidding with the issue subscribed 3.07Â times, as per provisional exchange data. The company aims to raise Rs 687.34 crore through the public offering.

Investors bid for around 2 crore shares against the 65.38 lakh shares on offer. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed 1.48 times, Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscribed 5.55 times, and the Retail Individual investors (RIIs) subscribed 2.93 times.
In simpler terms, QIBs bid for 26.69 lakh shares against the allotted 18.05 lakh shares, NIIs have bid for 75.57Â lakh shares against the 13.96 lakh shares reserved, and RIIs have bid for 95.56Â lakh shares against the reserved portion of 32.59 lakh shares.

The IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 687.34 crore, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 400 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of Rs 287.34 crore worth of equity shares from existing shareholders. The company intends to use the IPO proceeds to repay outstanding debt, fund working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.
