A 6.7 magnitude quake jolted Indonesia’s Papua province on Thursday, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
The quake occurred at a depth of 70 km with its epicenter located about 200 km from the city of Abepura.
However, tsunami warning was not issued after the earthquake, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said.Â
