Eternal Q2FY26 Results Preview: The parent company of food delivery platform Zomato and quick-commerce arm Blinkit, Eternal will be announcing its second-quarter (Q2FY26) results on Thursday, October 16, 2025.
According to Zee Business research, the company is expected to deliver strong numbers across key financial metrics that is revenue, EBITDA, and profit after tax (PAT)–supported by steady performance in its core segments and higher other income.
Eternal Q2 Results 2025: PAT likely to soar
Eternal’s profit after tax (PAT) is expected to jump nearly five times to Rs 126 crore, up from Rs 25 crore in the previous quarter. As per analysts, the growth is driven by better cost control, higher operating efficiency, and a strong 40–45 per cent rise in other income.

Revenue, EBITDA expectations
Consolidated revenue for the quarter is expected to reach Rs 8,584 crore, up 19.8 per cent from Rs 7,167 crore in Q1FY26, with EBITDA likely to more than double to Rs 237 crore from Rs 115 crore and margins improving sequentially to 2.8 per cent from 1.6 per cent.

Eternal’s food delivery business is expected to see a 3.6 per cent rise in revenue, while Blinkit’s gross merchandise value (GMV) is projected to grow 23 per cent quarter-on-quarter. The quick-commerce platform is also likely to reduce its operating losses thanks to improved efficiency and higher order volumes.
Blinkit’s total number of stores stood at 1,774, indicating continued expansion and a stronger regional presence. Investors will be watching the company’s updates on Blinkit and district growth, as well as its margin outlook for the second half of FY26.

In the previous quarter, Eternal’s net profit had dropped sharply by 90 per cent year-on-year to Rs 25 crore, compared with Rs 253 crore in the same quarter last year. The decline was primarily due to heavy investments in quick-commerce expansion and the company’s new “going out” vertical, District.
Despite the fall in profit, Eternal’s revenue grew 70.3 per cent year-on-year to Rs 7,167 crore, compared to Rs 4,206 crore a year earlier. Sequentially, the figure represented a rise from Rs 5,833 crore in the previous quarter. The food delivery vertical posted 17.7 per cent growth year-on-year, with adjusted revenue touching Rs 2,657 crore.
For the first time, Blinkit’s net order value (NOV) surpassed that of Zomato, coming in at Rs 9,203 crore against Rs 8,967 crore.
