First Trade: Equity indices open littled changed, Nifty above 24,700; IT top sectoral gainer

Indian equities despite escalating global tensions in the wake of the ongoing Israel-Iran tensions opened mixed. At the open, Nifty50 after opening in the green drifted lower to 24,709.

Stocks to watch

Belrise Industries: The newly listed company will announce its fourth quarter results today.

Tanla Platform: The company’s board meet is scheduled today for considering share buyback.

Zee Entertainment: The company’s board meet is scheduled for discussing business plans and fundraising options.

Lloyds Engineering: The company’s 30.85 crore right issue shares will get listed.

Bajaj Finance: The company’s shares will trade ex-split and ex-bonus today. The company announced a 4:1 bonus share issue as well as Rs 2 to Rs 1 stock split.

Asian markets

Asian stocks, were only a little  changed in Monday’s session as risk-off sentiment took over amid Iran and Israel conflict. Also, are lined up a slew of central bank meetings this week. The MSCI Asia Pacific ex Japan index traded with a cut of 0.11 per cent.

Mixed economic readings from China kept local stocks on the edge. Other regional stocks, took cues from the negative session on
