iValue Infosolutions IPO: iValue Infosolutions Ltd launched its initial-public offering on September 18. The issue entered its final day of bidding today, September 22, with the issue subscribed 98 per cent so far. The issue is an entirely Offer for Sale (OFS) of 1.87 crore equity shares of face value Rs 2 each — seeks to raise Rs 560.29 crore.

1) Dependence on OEMs: iValue Infosolutions doesn’t own products or services and relies on OEMs.

4) Declining ROE and ROCE: Return on Equity and Return on Capital Employed have fallen in the last three years.

As per NSE data, the iValue Infosolutions IPO was subscribed 0.98 times so far at 11 am. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) bid for 45.56 lakh shares out of 37.47 lakh reserved. Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscribed 0.67 times (18.80 lakh shares against the allotted 28.10 lakh shares). Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) bid 0.99 times, or 64.80 lakh shares out of the 65.58 lakh shares reserved for them.

Price Band: Rs 284 to Rs 299 per equity share with a face value of Rs 2 per share

Issue Size: Approximately Rs 560.29 crores through an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 1.87 crore shares

Lot Size: Minimum bid of 50 shares (Rs 14,950 amount)
