Om Freight Forwarders IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Om Freight Forwarders Ltd received an overwhelming response from investors, with the issue fully subscribed on the first day of bidding today, September 29. The Mumbai-based company aims to raise Rs 122.31 crore through a fresh issue of Rs 24.44 crore and an OFS of Rs 97.88 crore.
As per the provisional exchange data, the issue was subscribed 1.13 times till 4 pm. Investors have bid for 89.29 lakh shares against 79.16 lakh shares on offer. The company aims to raise Rs 122.31 crore from the public offering.

The overall subscription includes Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) who have subscribed 1.10 times, Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) who have subscribed 3.20 times, and Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) who have subscribed 0.40 times.

Specifically, QIBs have bid 14.81 lakh shares against the 13.41 lakh reserved shares. NIIs have bid 56.50 lakh shares against the 17.64 lakh allotted shares, and RIIs bid 17.45 lakh shares out of the 43.60 lakh portion.
