Pace Digitek IPO opens, check for must-know details

Pace Digitek IPO: Pace Digitek Limited launched its initial public offering (IPO) today, September 26, with the issue subscribed 3 per cent so far, as per provisional exchange data. The company aims to raise Rs 819.15 crore through the public offering. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on October 1, 2025, followed by the credit of shares to the demat account.

Pace Digitek IPO subscription status:

By noon, investors have bid for 8.10 lakh shares out of a total of 2.76 crore shares on offer.

The subscription includes bids from Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and Retail Individual Investors(RIIs) who have subscribed 0.02 and 0.05 times, respectively.

In terms of shares, NIIs have bid for 1.41 lakh shares out of 58.92 lakh shares allotted, while RIIs have bid for 6.62 lakh shares out of 1.37 crore shares reserved.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion is yet to receive bid for its reserved portion of 78.57 lakh shares.

Pace Digitek IPO details:

The Pace Digitek IPO is a book-built issue comprising entirely a fresh issue of 3.47 crore shares amounting to Rs 819.15 crore. Being an entirely fresh issue, the proceeds will go directly to the company and not to the promoters.

The company plans to utilise the IPO proceeds for funding capital expenditure requirements, along with general corporate purposes.

Price band: Rs 208 to Rs 219 per share

Subscription date: September 26 to September 30, 2025

Lot size: 68 shares, with a minimum investment of Rs 14,892

Allotment date: October 1, 2025 (tentative)

Listing date: October 6, 2025, on BSE and NSE (tentative)

Founded in 2003 in Bengaluru, Pace Digitek Limited is an integrated infrastructure and energy solutions provider. It specialises in telecom power management, optic fibre laying, and renewable energy. 

The company recorded a revenue growth of 0.07 per cent from Rs 2,460.27 crore in FY24 to Rs 2,462.20 crore in FY25. The Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 279.10 crore in FY25, up 21 per cent from Rs 229.87 crore in FY24.
