Sacheerome IPO Last Day: Issue subscribed 104.73 times so far; NII portion leads with 284.41x demand

Sacheerome IPO Day 3: The initial public offering of Sacheerome Ltd’s SME issue has received an overwhelming response from investors as the three-day bidding window ends today, June 11, 2025. 

As of 2.05 pm on Day 3, the public issue was subscribed a whopping 165.48 times. The retail category was subscribed 121.96 times, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion 73.55 times, and the Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) category saw the highest demand at 384.41 times.

Sacheerome IPO details: Price band, lot size and more

The company aims to raise Rs  61.62 crore through a fresh issue of 60.4 lakh equity shares. There is no offer-for-sale (OFS) component. The price band has been fixed at Rs 96 to Rs 102 per equity share.

For retail investors, the minimum investment is Rs 1,15,200 for one lot (1,200 shares), while high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) need to bid for at least two lots (2,400 shares) at Rs 2,44,800. GYR Capital Advisors is the sole book-running lead manager and MUFG Intime India (formerly Link Intime) is the registrar to the issue.

Sacheerome IPO: Where funds will go?

According to the red herring prospectus (RHP), Sacheerome will use Rs 56.5 crore from the fresh issue to set up a new manufacturing facility in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The rest of the funds will be utilised for general corporate purposes.

Sacheerome Shares: Allotment and listing dates

The allotment of shares is likely to be finalised on Thursday, June 12, 2025. Sacheerome shares are tentatively scheduled to list on the NSE SME platform on Monday, June 16, 2025.

Sacheerome company overview

Sacheerome Limited, founded in 1992, is a creative entity wich deals with designing and manufacturing fragrances and flavours. It services leading B2B FMCG clients both in India and overseas, especially in Middle East and African settings. Its fragrance range includes products for personal care, home care, men’s grooming, air care, and so on. On the flavour side, the products find their way into beverages, bakery items, confectionery, dairy, and seasonings, among others.

There were 153 employees in the company with respect to various departments, as per the data dated September 30, 2024. The company exports to the UAE and African markets, and it maintains a strong international presence.

Financial snapshot

Sacheerome has demonstrated considerable growth over the years. From FY24 to FY25, revenues grew by 25 per cent and profit after tax by 50 per cent. It declared revenue of Rs 108.13 crores and net profit of Rs 15.98 crores for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The previous year registered Rs 86.40 crores in revenue and Rs 10.67 crores in profit. The company has a net worth of Rs 61.99 crores, with total borrowings of Rs 3.47 crores, indicating a healthy financial position as it prepares for the public offering.
