Gland Pharma Dividend Declared: Gland Pharma Ltd on Tuesday announced a final dividend of Rs 18 per equity share, a 1800% per cent payout given the face value of Rs 1 per equity share. The pharmaceutical firm has also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2025.
“Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 18/- (1800%) per equity share of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year 2024-25,” the company said in a regulatory filing.Â

The pharmaceutical firm also informed that the dividend payment will be credited to shareholders’ bank accounts within a month after approval.
“The dividend, upon approval by the shareholders, will be paid within 30 days from the date of the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM),” the company said.
