Vikram Solar Allotment Check: Solar photovoltaic module maker Vikram Solar’s initial public offer (IPO), to raise up to Rs 2,079 crore, concluded on Thursday with a total subscription of 54.6 times the equity on offer. The IPO saw strong demand across investor groups, with the portions booked for QIBs, NIIs and retail investors booked 142.8, 50.9 and 7.7 times, respectively, according to exchange data.

All eyes will now be on the listing of the stock, set to take place tentatively on Tuesday, August 26.

The Dalal Street-bound company is set to finalise the allotment of shares on Friday.

Applicants can find out the allotment status online using the following steps.

There are two ways to check allotment:

  • Through exchange websites (BSE or NSE)
  • Through registrar MUFG Intime India’s website

Through BSE website

  • Visit the allotment page on the exchange’s portal.
  • Select ‘equity’ (BSE) or ‘Equity & SME IPO bid details’ (NSE).

Select Vikram Solar from the dropdown menu in the respective field. Enter your application number or PAN in the given field.

Click on ‘search’ or ‘submit’.

After completing these steps successfully, the status will be displayed on your screen.

Through registrar’s site

Navigate to the registrar’s website.

Opt for one of the following:

PAN Application number DP/Client ID

Account number/IFSC

Hit ‘submit’.

After this step, the status is displayed on the screen.

When will Vikram Solar shares be credited to allottees’ demant accounts?

Vikram Solar is set to credit the shares to the demat accounts of successful bidders tentatively on Monday, August 25.

It will start issuing refunds for those not winning the allotment tentatively on the same day.
