According to the IANS report, this will make the new iPhone 17 Air 0.08 inches thinner than the current generation model. The base iPhone 17 is reported to have a new and bigger 6.3-inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate instead of last year’s 60Hz.
The tech giant is also expected to update the Apple Watch Series 11, Ultra 3, and SE 3 devices. The Apple Watch Ultra 3 will be a notable update to these three, with a bigger screen and faster charging support.
Three years after the release of the previous-generation Pro AirPods, Apple may also announce the AirPods Pro 3 in its upcoming event.
Apart from that, this is another opportunity for Apple to talk about the future of Apple intelligence features like the revamp of its Liquid Glass software and AI upgrades to Siri, The Verge reports.
Meanwhile, Apple has announced that it will open its first store in Pune – Apple Koregaon Park – on September 4. This will be the company’s fourth retail store in the country.

The barricade for Apple Koregaon Park was revealed following the announcement made last week in Bengaluru, where Apple Hebbal will open on September 2.
