Zydus Wellness Dividend Declared: Consumer goods company Zydus Wellness on Monday announced a dividend of Rs 6 per equity share, a 60 per cent payout given the face value of Rs 10 per equity share. The subsidiary of pharmaceutical company Zydus Lifesciences also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2025.
“The Board of Directors at their meeting held today have recommended Final Dividend of ₹ 6.00 (@ 60%) per equity share of ₹ 10/- each, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025,” said the company.Â
Zydus Wellness Q4 Results: Growth of 30% in net profit
The company reported a growth of 16.2 per cent in net sales on a consolidated basis, which stood at Rs 26,912 million in FY 25. Net profit for the period (excluding exceptional items and one-time deferred tax assets) was up by 30.0 per cent and stood at Rs 3,410 million. EBITDA for the period rose by 23.2 per cent to Rs 3,797 million.Â
